
To return a defective product you must request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Customers may request a RA# by calling our Customer Service Department at (858) 598-2359.
Due to the high volume of emails we receive we can not accept order cancelations or RA# requests via email.
Credit will be issued only on products purchased in the last 30 days in new condition with complete packaging. In cases where the product shows wear, a 20% restocking fee may be applied.
Credit will be issued at Morad, Inc. discretion only.
The customer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs.
